Michele Jennae is the creator of the EDG Butterfly Map and founder of EDGx365 — Every Day Genius.
After decades inside organizations watching extraordinary people quietly stop offering what they actually had to give, Michele walked out and built the framework she wished had existed. What she discovered in building it surprised even her: that the tension between structure and creativity isn't a problem to solve. It's a power source to understand.
